How to Order
You can order Prairie Rose Home Decor products in three ways:
Pay online through Pay-Pal's secure server with your Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or E-Check. If you are concerned about paying online, you can find out more information at the PayPal Security Center.
Note: You do not need a PayPal account to purchase our products online.
PayPal may offer to allow you to create a PayPal account, but this is not required...simply indicate that you do not have a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
To order products online, click the 'add to cart' button for each product to add it to your shopping cart. When you are finished making your selections, click the 'Shopping Cart' link on any page to display the contents of your shopping cart, then click the 'checkout' button in the shopping cart window. Follow the instructions provided to complete your transaction.
Pay by phone: For those who do not wish to use Paypal, you can still use your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express by calling 520-426-3523 and we can process your card over the phone.
Pay by Mail with Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check: If you are paying by mail, your payment must be received within ten days of your order or your order may be cancelled and your payment returned to you when received. Payments by Personal Check will delay your items shipment by 10 days pending your check clearing the bank.

Item Availability and Pricing Subject to Change Without Notice
Prairie Rose Home Decor maintains a physical inventory of only a few items. Most are constructed with each order placed and may require 2-8 weeks for construction and delivery. In each case we will contact you with an approximate delivery time. Fabric and trim availability may change. If so, we will contact you with fabric or trim options. Delivery time on custom orders will be specified with quote.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Prairie Rose Home Decor. If you are not satisfied with your item, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item prior to any return via Email info@prairierosedecor.com or phone 520-426-3523. If a return approval is given from us, the item must be returned with all original packaging and shipped to us pre-paid postage or freight. When the item is received by us undamaged, complete and non-defective we will issue a refund check or credit your charge card for the amount of purchase less the shipping and handling.
